1. What is Bottle Collant?

Bottle Collant is a subscription box for cyclists and cycling enthusiasts. Every month a completely new box is put together with products from the partners and we will send it to you! Each box is worth at least EUR 50 and is packed with top quality products. You can choose to take out a subscription (Kopman or Superdomestique) or to buy a one-time box (Domestique). By the way, those one-time boxes are an ideal gift for your cycling-loving girlfriend, dad or colleague 😉

2. When will I receive my box?

The boxes are always sent at the end of the month.

They are also delivered to the collection points at the same time. You will of course receive a confirmation message.

3. Are my clothing sizes taken into account?

Definitely! After your order you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a preference form where you can enter, among other things. can pass on your clothing sizes and other preferences, so you always receive a box adapted to your taste 👍

4. I have ordered a Kopman subscription, what about the monthly payments?

After the delivery of your first box (which you have already paid for when ordering) you will receive an email with instructions to set up your automatic payment. These payments are managed using the eCurring platform.

5. What should I do with the empty boxes?

You can reuse empty boxes as you wish, but you can also return them to the collection points, which will then be picked up again to be reused as a box. Definitely recycle! ♻️
